Acceptance & eligibility

By using the Service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms (including the refunds & cancellations section below), our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You represent that information you provide is accurate.

Description of the Service

DestCard is a personalized self-discovery and archetype analytics platform. It may include free charts, shareable Soul Cards, optional paid Self-Discovery Digital Blueprints, and optional Smart NFC Companion Soul Cards with related digital access.

The Service is for insight, growth, and entertainment. It is not a medical, psychological, legal, or financial service, and it does not predict the future.

Accounts, referrals, and acceptable use

You are responsible for credentials you use and for activity under your account. Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape unlawfully, reverse engineer beyond lawful limits, or abuse referral / credit systems.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access, cancel fraudulent credits, or refuse service where we detect abuse, fraud, or legal risk.

Orders, pricing, and payments

Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency. Taxes and shipping (if any) may apply. Payments are processed by Stripe or similar processors.

Bank / card statements typically show: DESTCARD. Keep your receipt email for support.

Refunds & cancellations

This section applies to purchases on DestCard. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Digital products (Self-Discovery Digital Blueprint)

Digital Blueprints and other instant digital goods are personalized and delivered promptly after payment. Once the file is delivered, unlock is granted, or a download link is provided, the sale is final and non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or we cannot fulfill delivery.

If a download fails or the file is corrupted, contact support@destcard.com with your order email / receipt. We will help you retrieve your purchase or provide a working copy at no extra charge.

Physical products (Smart NFC Companion Soul Card)

If your card arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details. For verified quality issues we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Buyer’s-remorse returns of undamaged cards after delivery may not be available because cards are personalized. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

Pro / included digital access

Pro or portal access bundled with a card pack follows digital-goods rules for the included period unless mandatory law says otherwise. Unused time is generally not refundable after activation.

Referral / social credits

Promotional or referral credits have no cash value, are not withdrawable, and may be reversed if we detect fraud, self-referral, or abuse. Credits expire according to the rules shown at issuance.

Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact support@destcard.com before opening a bank chargeback. We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, US Mountain Time). We prefer resolving delivery or quality issues directly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us for a resolvable issue may delay resolution. Card statements show our descriptor roughly as DESTCARD (exact formatting may vary by bank).

How to request refund help

Email support@destcard.com with: order email, approximate purchase date, product name, and a short description of the issue (attach photos for physical defects).

Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, frameworks, and site content are owned by Roncy LLC or its licensors. Your purchased Digital Blueprint is licensed to you for personal use; you may not resell, publicly republish, or redistribute report files as a product.

You retain rights to personal data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that data to operate the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RONCY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50, except where prohibited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roncy LLC and its officers, members, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law — except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.

Courts located in Wyoming, USA, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to those mandatory protections. You and we may agree in writing to resolve a dispute informally or via binding arbitration.
