Information we collect

Information you provide: name, date of birth (for chart calculation), email address, shipping address (for physical orders), message content you send to support, and account details if you create a login.

Payment data: card numbers and billing details are processed by Stripe (or a similar payment processor). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Technical and security data: IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, referral codes, fraud-prevention signals, and basic analytics events needed to operate and protect the Service.

Free charts may calculate primarily in your browser. Purchased files and order records are stored as needed to deliver and support your purchase.

How we use information

We use information to calculate and display charts, deliver Digital Blueprints and other digital goods, fulfill physical orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud and referral abuse, improve the Service, and comply with law.

We do not sell your birth data or personal information to data brokers. We do not use your chart content to train public AI models for unrelated third parties.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate the Service under contractual obligations, including payment processors (e.g. Stripe), email delivery, hosting, analytics, shipping/fulfillment partners, and fraud-prevention tools.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of ${entity}, our users, or the public.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to reduce risk and respond to incidents in good faith.

Retention

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA and similar)

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know and delete personal information we hold, subject to exceptions.

To exercise rights, email privacy@destcard.com with enough detail to verify your request. We aim to respond within 30 days (or sooner where required by law).

We do not sell personal information as “sale” is commonly defined under CCPA. If our practices change, we will update this Policy.

Children

The Service is directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or under 13 where that is the applicable threshold). If you believe a child provided data, contact ${PRIVACY_EMAIL} and we will take appropriate steps.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service you understand those transfers may occur.

Changes
